Terms of Service

Rewozo ("Rewozo", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") is a digital loyalty platform that helps businesses manage customer loyalty programmes, rewards, points, offers, and customer engagement.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Rewozo application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

To use Rewozo, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or meet the minimum legal age required to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• Use the Service for lawful business or personal purposes.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Have a valid payment method where you subscribe to a paid plan.

If you are using Rewozo on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Business Accounts

When creating a business account:

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date business information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
• You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You must not share your account credentials with unauthorised persons.

Customer Accounts

Where Rewozo provides customer-facing loyalty accounts:

• Customers may be required to provide information such as their name and mobile number.
• Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of any PIN, password, or authentication method associated with their account.
• Customers must provide accurate information.
• Loyalty accounts and rewards are subject to the rules established by the relevant participating business.

Rewozo may offer free and/or paid subscription plans. The features, limits, pricing, and billing periods applicable to each plan will be displayed at the time of subscription.

Billing

• Paid subscriptions may be billed monthly, annually, or according to another billing period displayed at the time of purchase.
• Payments must be made using an available and valid payment method.
• Prices and applicable taxes will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
• Where recurring billing is enabled, your subscription may automatically renew unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date.
• Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing or plan features. Where required, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

• We may attempt to process the payment again.
• We may notify you of the failed payment.
• We may restrict, suspend, downgrade, or terminate access to paid features if payment remains outstanding.

Refunds and cancellations are subject to our applicable refund and cancellation policy. Where Rewozo has a separate Refund Policy, that policy will apply to eligible refund requests.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, subscription fees already paid may not be refundable for partially used billing periods.

You may cancel your subscription through the available account or billing settings. Cancellation will generally take effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

You agree not to:

• Use Rewozo for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
• Create fake or fraudulent customer accounts.
• Manipulate loyalty points, rewards, transactions, or redemptions.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to Rewozo or another user's account.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise the Platform.
• Use bots, scraping tools, or automated systems to access the Service without our permission.
• Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
• Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of the Rewozo Platform.
• Use the Service in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
• Abuse, threaten, harass, or otherwise engage in inappropriate conduct toward Rewozo employees, representatives, or other users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

Rewozo provides technology that enables businesses to operate loyalty programmes. Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Rewozo does not guarantee the availability, value, or redemption of any particular reward.
• Participating businesses are responsible for defining their loyalty programme rules, rewards, offers, and redemption conditions.
• Businesses are responsible for ensuring that their loyalty programmes comply with applicable laws.
• Rewozo may assist in administering loyalty points and rewards but is not responsible for disputes between businesses and their customers regarding purchases, rewards, or promotions.
• Loyalty points and rewards may have expiration dates, restrictions, or other conditions established by the relevant business.

We aim to provide a reliable and continuously available Service, but we do not guarantee that Rewozo will always be available or error-free. The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Emergency maintenance
• Technical problems
• Third-party service outages
• Internet or telecommunications failures
• Security incidents
• Events outside our reasonable control

Where reasonably possible, we will provide advance notice of planned maintenance.

Your use of Rewozo is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect Personal Data.

You retain ownership of the business information and customer information that you submit to Rewozo, subject to the rights necessary for us to provide the Service.

By using Rewozo, you grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, store, and otherwise use your information to operate and improve the Service and fulfil our contractual obligations.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate rights, permissions, and lawful basis to provide customer information to Rewozo.

All rights, title, and interest in and to Rewozo, including its:

• Name and branding
• Logo
• Software
• Website
• Application
• Design
• Features
• Content
• Technology
• Documentation

are owned by or licensed to Rewozo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service unless expressly permitted by us in writing.

You retain ownership of the data and content that you submit to the Service.

Different Rewozo subscription plans may have different limits and features, including limits relating to:

• Number of customers
• Staff members
• Business locations
• Loyalty programmes
• Rewards
• Transactions
• Storage
• Other platform functionality

Current plan limits and features will be displayed on the Rewozo website or within the Platform.

If you exceed a plan limit, we may require you to upgrade your plan before you can add additional customers, locations, staff, or other resources.

We will not intentionally delete your existing data solely because you have exceeded a plan limit, unless otherwise stated in your plan or agreement.

You may stop using Rewozo or cancel your account at any time, subject to any applicable subscription terms. We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You materially violate these Terms.
• You engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.
• You fail to pay applicable fees.
• You misuse or abuse the Service.
• Your actions create a security or legal risk for Rewozo or other users.
• We are required to do so by law.

Where reasonably possible, we may provide notice before terminating an account, except where immediate action is necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or other legitimate reasons.

Following cancellation or termination, we may retain or delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.

Rewozo may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including payment processors, hosting providers, analytics services, communication providers, and other technology providers.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Rewozo is not responsible for the availability, performance, security, or actions of third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Rewozo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
• The Service will meet every specific business requirement.
• Loyalty programmes will generate a particular level of revenue or customer engagement.
• Rewards, offers, or loyalty programmes operated by businesses will achieve particular results.

Businesses are responsible for the operation, terms, legality, and administration of their own loyalty programmes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rewozo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of:

• Business revenue
• Profits
• Customers
• Business opportunities
• Data resulting from user error
• Reputation or goodwill

We are also not responsible for failures caused by third-party services, internet connectivity, events outside our reasonable control, or actions taken by users or participating businesses.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to your use of Rewozo will not exceed the total amount you paid to Rewozo for the Service during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rewozo and its officers, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your misuse of the Service.
• Your violation of applicable laws.
• Your violation of another person's rights.
• Your loyalty programme, offers, rewards, or business practices.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we may provide notice through the Rewozo Platform, website, email, or another reasonable method.

The updated Terms will become effective on the date stated at the beginning of the revised Terms.

Your continued use of Rewozo after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
